Eric holds a BSc in Economy & Management and he is also an ACTA certified Trainer.
Eric spent 10 years in the Republic of Singapore Navy & another 6 years in Large Scale System Integration in ST Elect. One of his key roles was to integrate defense system from various foreign countries into a combat platform. He managed installation, checkout, and integration & testing of all combat systems' milestones & budget, he has wide range of experience in interacting with many participants in different countries, culture & religion.
In year 2001, Eric decided to make a career switch & joined real estate industry. Eric brings with him more than 16 years of diverse experience in the real estate with a primary focus in mid to high end market. His experience includes Project Sales, Recruitment, and Retention & Training of Real Estate Salesperson; Training the Trainers.
Being in the technologies industry before he embarks on real estate, he is able to integrate the use of technologies to increase productivity of his sales staff. He had also collaborated with vendors to Increase productivity of Salesperson through technologies.
Eric is a goal-getter & service-oriented individual who has excellent communication & negotiation skills. An accomplished sales leader, he has a proven track record of developing sales & marketing initiatives. He is also able to guide, coach & motivate his associates in Sales & Marketing while leading his own team and doing his own sales.
He is a trusted leader, a go-to-man capable to organize highly motivated sales teams focused on increasing sales through effective marketing campaigns, customer satisfaction & closing transactions in a timely & efficient manner.
Eric has also been interviewed a couple of times on Channel New Asia and recently did a presentation in Mandarin together with radio station FM 95.8
